It's that easy...
Preparation: The damaged area to be repaired must be clean, dry and free of grease. Remove any loose, protruding parts before the repair. Melting: Activate the melter. Hold the hot melter tip to a suitable Ceramic Filler stick and melt off some filler. You can also mix colours together. Inserting: Apply the melted filler to the damaged area, always overfilling slightly. Clean the tip of the melter after each melting process. Removal: After the filler has cooled, remove the excess material with the planing grooves of the melter. Colour adjustment: You can adjust the colour at any time. Simply melt off some material from one or two Ceramic Filler sticks and mix it with the filling in the damaged area. Levelling: After filling, plane off the excess material once more. Smooth the damaged area with the mini planer in rapid movements. Degrease: Finally, degrease the damaged area with the Sanding Pad. TIP: If you want to protect the repaired area in the long term, we recommend using the AQUA Brush Pen Clear Lacquer (not included in the set) for sealing.

Safety advice | Battery Melter: Only store the melter with the sealing cap and ensure that the ‘ON/OFF’ switch is in the ‘OFF’ position. The tip is hot during operation. Do not touch the tip during operation. Do not bring the appliance into contact with water. After using the melter, allow the tip to cool down before storing it. Always switch off the melter after use by moving the switch to the ‘OFF’ position.
